My hope here is that people will feel more freedom to speak the truth about their lives and marriages in their own, real life communities and families.  So, if you read something here and feel a sudden urge to talk, GREAT!  Call someone you know and love and trust and watch your relationship with them flourish as you get real with them.  That being said, I would love to hear from you so if you have a question or a comment you would like to share with me, email me at cara@herbandcara.com
